  • Condition for Return due to Faulty/Damaged Packaging or Product:
    • Mandatory Unboxing Video: No return or refund claim related to faulty packaging, damaged product upon arrival, or missing items will be accepted unless the User provides clear, unedited, continuous video proof.
    • Video Requirements: This video must start before the outer shipping package is opened and clearly show the entire unboxing process, including the condition of the outer packaging, the opening of the package, the condition of the inner product packaging, and the product itself, all in one single, uncut recording. The video must clearly demonstrate that the damage or fault existed before the User fully unpacked the item.
    • Submission: This video proof must be submitted along with the initial return request. Failure to provide adequate video proof as described will result in the rejection of the claim for damage or faulty packaging.
  • Refunds: If a return is approved based on the conditions above (including valid video proof for damage claims), a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 7-14 business days) after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges (both original and return, if applicable) may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, confirmed damage prior to delivery with video proof).
